Faimora Interiors provides interior design, exterior design, architectural visualization, 3D modeling, 3D design and 3D animation services. We are NOT licensed general contractors, structural engineers, or builders.
Conceptual Nature: Our designs, floor plans, and 3D renderings are conceptual in nature and are intended to serve as a visual guide for the aesthetic of your project. They are not construction documents or structural blueprints.
Professional Review Required: Any architectural drawings or plans provided by us should be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect or structural engineer before being used for construction, permitting, or structural modifications.
Liability: Faimora Interiors assumes no liability for the safety, structural integrity, or code compliance of the physical construction. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all work is performed by licensed professionals in accordance with local building codes and regulations in San Francisco or your specific jurisdiction.
3. Implementation and Third-Party Contractors
While we may assist in the design implementation process by communicating with contractors or providing specifications:
No Supervision: We do not supervise the actual construction work. We do not have control over, and are not responsible for, the methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction.
Contractor Errors: We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or errors made by third-party contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers who implement our designs.
Measurements: While we strive for accuracy, all onsite measurements should be verified by the contractor prior to purchasing materials or commencing work.
4. Revisions Policy
We want you to love your design. Instead of refunds, we offer a set number of revisions (as defined in your specific service agreement) to adjust the design to your feedback.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving a draft.
Revisions cover adjustments to the existing scope (e.g., changing a paint color, swapping a furniture piece).
New requests that fall outside the original scope (e.g., “designing a different room” or “changing the architectural style entirely”) will be billed as a new project.
5. Product Availability and Pricing
Our designs may specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) from third-party vendors.
Availability: We cannot guarantee that items specified in a design will remain in stock or available for purchase at the time you are ready to buy.
Pricing: Prices for third-party products are subject to change by the manufacturer or retailer without notice. Faimora Interiors is not responsible for price increases or discontinued items.
