Faimora Interiors
Refund Policy
Last updated: January 13, 2026
At Faimora Interiors, every project we deliver is custom-crafted — from concept consultations to photorealistic 3D renders, animations, and full interior design packages. Because our work involves the dedicated time, creativity, and expertise of our designers and visualization artists, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team. This page explains exactly when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to request one.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased directly from Faimora Interiors, including:
- Architectural visualization & 3D rendering services
- Interior design and exterior design packages
- 3D modeling and 3D animation services
- Paid design consultations
- Any digital deliverables, drawings, or files produced by our studio
Where a signed project agreement, statement of work, or proposal contains specific refund terms, those terms govern that engagement and supersede this general policy.
2. Deposits & Booking Fees
Most engagements begin with a deposit (typically 30–50% of the project fee) which secures our team’s availability and starts the work. Deposits are non-refundable once we have:
- Reserved studio time on our schedule for your project, or
- Begun discovery, research, or any production work on your behalf.
If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit and before any work has started, you may request a full deposit refund.
3. Refunds for Cancellations Mid-Project
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, refund eligibility is based on the work already completed:
- Discovery / briefing stage — refund of unused project fee minus the deposit and any time already invested at our standard hourly rate.
- Concept & modeling stage — refund of any fees collected for milestones not yet started; completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Rendering / animation stage — once renders or animations are in production, those milestones are non-refundable. Future, unstarted milestones may be refunded.
- Final delivery — once final files are delivered, the engagement is complete and non-refundable.
4. Revisions vs. Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with a deliverable, our first step is always to make it right through revisions, not refunds. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (specified in your project agreement). Most concerns can be resolved through this collaborative revision process.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Subjective dissatisfaction with creative direction that was previously approved by you in writing or in shared review sessions.
- Changes to your vision, taste, or scope after deliverables match the originally agreed brief.
- Differences between final built reality and the visualization, where the render accurately reflects the agreed design.
- Delays caused by missing information, late client feedback, or unresponsiveness.
- External issues such as contractor availability, material lead times, or third-party permit decisions.
5. When We Will Issue a Refund
We stand behind our work and will issue a fair refund (full or partial) in the following situations:
- We are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to circumstances on our side.
- A duplicate or accidental payment was processed.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of deposit, before work has begun.
- The deliverable substantially fails to meet the written project brief and cannot be resolved through agreed revisions.
6. Paid Consultations
Paid design consultations may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or no-shows, are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you. If we need to reschedule on our side, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session, at your choice.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@faimora.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your full name and the email used to book the project.
- Project name or invoice/receipt number.
- Date of payment and amount paid.
- A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage clients to contact us first before filing a chargeback with their bank or card provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, and recovery of legal and processing fees where permitted.
9. Ownership of Deliverables After Refund
If a refund is issued for a project (in full or in part), Faimora retains ownership of all related drawings, 3D models, renders, animations, and concepts. The client agrees not to use, reproduce, share, or commercialize any deliverables associated with a refunded project.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the most recent revision was made. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that engagement.
