DMCA Policy

Faimora Interiors respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office website, Faimora will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on Faimora.com — including text, photographs, 3D renders, animations, walkthroughs, design concepts, or other materials — infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the information listed in Section 2 below.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, we encourage you to consult an attorney before submitting a notice.

2. Required Information for a DMCA Notice

For a notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must include the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (for example, the original render, photograph, article, or design).
3. The exact URL(s) on Faimora.com where the allegedly infringing material appears, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.
4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Faimora will: review the notice promptly, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the user or contributor who posted the material (if applicable), and document the incident for compliance purposes. We aim to act on valid notices within five business days.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content of yours was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in the Northern District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the contributor.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Faimora has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts or access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

7. Reporting Infringement of Faimora’s Work

Our renders, animations, design concepts, and articles are original creative works protected by copyright. If you encounter another website, social media account, or AI training dataset using Faimora’s content without authorization, please notify us at info@faimora.com. We actively pursue takedowns and, where appropriate, further legal remedies to protect our portfolio and our clients’ interests.
