AI Content Policy

Last updated: January 13, 2026

At Faimora Interiors, we operate at the intersection of design craft and emerging technology. Artificial intelligence is increasingly part of how modern visualization and design studios work — from rendering and lighting simulation to research, copywriting, and image refinement. This policy explains how we use AI responsibly across our website, blog, and visualization workflow, and where we draw firm lines to protect accuracy, originality, and our clients’ trust.

Our Approach to AI

AI is a tool, not an author. We embrace AI to make our team faster, more thorough, and more creative — but the design vision, technical judgment, and storytelling on Faimora.com always come from human designers, visualization artists, and editors. AI never replaces a licensed designer’s eye, an architect’s review, or a writer’s voice.

Content Structuring & Organization

We use AI to help structure long-form content such as design guides, neighborhood-specific renovation articles, and process explainers. AI assists with creating logical flow, suggesting subheadings, and keeping articles consistent with our editorial style guide. Final structural choices and the editorial voice are always shaped by our human team.

Grammar, Style & Readability

AI-powered editors help us catch typos, tighten sentences, and improve clarity. They flag passive constructions, repetitive phrasing, and readability issues. However, voice, tone, design vocabulary, and the warmth of how we speak to homeowners and architects are decided by our editors — never auto-applied from a tool.

SEO & Performance Analysis

AI-driven SEO tools help us understand search intent for terms like “Bay Area renovation,” “Victorian home interior design,” or “3D architectural rendering.” They suggest content gaps, related queries, and on-page improvements. We use these insights to serve readers better — never to manipulate rankings with thin, keyword-stuffed, or AI-spun content.

Fact-Checking & Accuracy

AI is known to confidently invent facts — particularly around building codes, permit requirements, material specifications, and pricing. Because of this, we treat every AI-suggested data point as unverified until a human editor confirms it against primary sources: manufacturer documentation, San Francisco DBI guidelines, NCIDQ/AIA references, peer-reviewed research, or licensed-professional input. Cost ranges and timelines are validated against our actual project experience.

Visual Content & 3D Renders

Visualization is central to our craft, and AI plays a meaningful supporting role here. We use AI for image upscaling, denoising in V-Ray and similar engines, lighting prediction, background generation, color correction, and producing reference mood imagery. These tools speed up technical work without replacing the design intent.

Our visual integrity rules:

  • 3D renders are always labeled as renders — never presented as photographs of completed projects.
  • AI-generated mood or concept imagery used for inspiration only is labeled “AI-generated reference.”
  • Real project photography is not synthetically altered to misrepresent built results — only standard color, exposure, and minor cleanup adjustments are made.
  • We do not generate fake “before/after” images or fabricate client spaces using AI.

Content Generation Assistance

Our writers may use AI to brainstorm article angles, create research summaries, draft outlines, or rewrite a paragraph for clarity. AI does not produce finished articles on Faimora.com. Every published piece is meaningfully shaped by a human writer, technically reviewed by a designer or visualization artist where relevant, and edited for voice and accuracy before going live.

Client Data & Privacy in AI Tools

Client floor plans, project briefs, contracts, photos of private homes, and any personally identifiable information are never uploaded into public, free-tier, or training-enabled AI services. Sensitive project work is handled only through secure, contracted tools with appropriate data-protection terms. This is a non-negotiable boundary for our team.

Bias Mitigation

AI image and text models can reflect narrow cultural or socioeconomic assumptions — defaulting to a single style of “luxury home” or stereotyping neighborhoods, body types, and lifestyles. Our editors actively review AI outputs for these blind spots and adjust to reflect the diverse Bay Area homes, cultural traditions, budgets, and accessibility needs we actually serve.

Human Oversight & Quality Assurance

Every article and visual asset on Faimora.com moves through a layered human review:

  1. Initial research and drafting by a writer or designer with subject expertise.
  2. AI-assisted refinement for structure, clarity, and SEO insight.
  3. Technical review by a senior designer or visualization artist where relevant.
  4. Editorial review for voice, accuracy, and tone.
  5. Fact-check pass against primary sources.
  6. Final quality check before publication.

Transparency & Disclosure

Where AI plays a meaningful role in producing a piece of content — for example, an AI-generated mood image, an AI-assisted design comparison, or significant AI input on visual concepts — we disclose it visibly within or alongside the asset. Light tooling such as grammar checks or render denoising does not require a per-article notice; this overall policy is the disclosure for those routine uses.

What We Will Not Do

  • Publish fully AI-generated articles, design guides, or case studies.
  • Pass off AI-generated imagery as photographs of real Faimora projects.
  • Fabricate testimonials, reviews, or client quotes using AI.
  • Upload confidential client materials to public AI tools.
  • Use AI to generate misleading code, permit, or pricing claims that could put readers at financial or safety risk.

Reporting Concerns

If you encounter content on Faimora.com that appears inaccurate, misleadingly AI-generated, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy, please tell us. We take such reports seriously and review them promptly. Honest reader feedback is one of the strongest checks on responsible AI use.

Policy Updates

AI technology evolves rapidly, and so will this policy. We review it at minimum once a year, and immediately when significant new tools, regulations, or risks emerge. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Faimora.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
