Faimora Interiors
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 13, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Faimora.com, the official website of Faimora Interiors (“Faimora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — a San Francisco–based architecture, interior design, and 3D visualization studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any content, design materials, or deliverables provided through them.
By accessing or using Faimora.com, requesting a quote, booking a consultation, or engaging us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this website or engage our services. By using Faimora.com, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes, consultations, or filling out forms.
- Use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any project files, design proposals, or quotes shared with you.
- Not transmit malware, viruses, scrapers, scripts, or any harmful or disruptive content.
- Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Copy, scrape, mirror, or republish any portion of our website, renders, designs, or written content without prior written permission.
- Use our renders, 3D models, photographs, or design concepts for commercial purposes, AI training datasets, or competing services.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source materials from any 3D file, animation, or interactive walkthrough.
- Harvest information about other visitors or attempt to access non-public areas of the site or our infrastructure.
- Misrepresent yourself as a Faimora employee, contractor, partner, or affiliate.
- Use the website to harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity, or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Faimora.com — including text, images, photographs, 3D renderings, animations, walkthroughs, floor plans, design concepts, mood boards, logos, trademarks, and software — is the exclusive property of Faimora Interiors or its licensors. This material is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
For client engagements, ownership of project deliverables (final renders, design drawings, 3D models, animations) transfers to the client only upon full payment, and only for the agreed scope and use defined in the project agreement. Faimora retains the right to display project work in its portfolio, marketing, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Services, Quotes & Project Agreements
The website provides general information about our design and visualization services. Specific project terms — including scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees, and payment schedules — are governed by a separate written project agreement or signed proposal between Faimora and the client.
- Quotes are estimates valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Work begins only after a signed agreement and any required deposit is received.
- Revisions beyond those included in the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
- Faimora provides design and visualization services only; we do not act as a general contractor and do not perform construction work.
7. Payments & Refunds
Where Faimora collects fees through the website or invoicing tools, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment of all applicable amounts. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers; we do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Because design and visualization services are custom-produced for each client, refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy and any applicable signed project agreement. Completed milestones, delivered renders, and time already invested by our team are generally non-refundable.
8. User-Submitted Content
If you submit photos, floor plans, project briefs, comments, testimonials, or other materials to Faimora (“User Content”), you represent that:
- You own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to share it.
- The content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- You grant Faimora a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for the purpose of providing our services and, with your consent, for portfolio or marketing use.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse any User Content at our sole discretion, including content we consider inappropriate, unlawful, or off-topic.
9. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services such as analytics providers, scheduling tools, payment processors, social media platforms, and marketing platforms (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Pinterest, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Privacy
Your use of Faimora.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
11. Geographic Limitations
Faimora primarily serves clients in San Francisco and the wider Bay Area, with select remote 3D visualization engagements available globally. Information on this website is not intended for distribution in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to local law. Visitors are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, its content, and any free resources are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Information published on this site is for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional architectural, structural, engineering, or legal advice. You should always consult a licensed professional before acting on design, construction, or code-related information.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faimora Interiors, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, business interruption, construction delays, or cost overruns — arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this website or our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Faimora during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faimora Interiors and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the website or services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit to us.
15. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the website or any of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including, without limitation, violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward our team, non-payment, or activity that risks harm to other users or our business.
16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally by contacting info@faimora.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by applicable law. You waive the right to participate in any class action against Faimora to the extent permitted by law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable laws. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Material changes will be communicated through the website or, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of Faimora.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
