Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Faimora Interiors (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we pride ourselves on providing high-quality architectural visualization, 3D modeling, and interior design services. Because our services rely on the time, expertise, and intellectual property of our designers, we do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed or delivered.

By hiring Faimora Interiors, you acknowledge that you are paying for a digital design service and not a physical product. All sales are considered final upon the delivery of the agreed-upon digital assets (renderings, floor plans, 3D models).

2. No Refunds on Completed Services

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available for:

  • Completed Milestones: Any design phase (e.g., Concept, Draft, or Final) that has been delivered to the client.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer require the project after work has commenced.

  • Personal Taste: Design is subjective. We offer a specific number of revisions to ensure you are satisfied, but we do not offer refunds if the style does not match your personal preference after those revisions are exhausted.

  • Downloaded Files: Any high-resolution images, 3D files, or technical drawings that have been sent to you via email or download link are non-refundable.

3. Design-Only Service Disclaimer

Important: Faimora Interiors is a design and visualization agency, not a general contractor or construction firm.

  • We provide: Visual concepts, 3D renderings, and design specifications.

  • We do NOT provide: Construction, procurement of materials, or project management of third-party laborers.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Implementation Issues: Difficulties arising during the construction phase executed by third-party contractors.

  • Material Availability: If a furniture piece or material specified in a design is out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer.

  • Contractor Errors: Mistakes made by builders, painters, or architects who implement our designs.

4. Revisions Policy

We want you to love your design. Instead of refunds, we offer a set number of revisions (as defined in your specific service agreement) to adjust the design to your feedback.

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving a draft.

  • Revisions cover adjustments to the existing scope (e.g., changing a paint color, swapping a furniture piece).

  • New requests that fall outside the original scope (e.g., “designing a different room” or “changing the architectural style entirely”) will be billed as a new project.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel your project before it is completed, you must notify us in writing at info@faimora.com.

  • Within 24 Hours of Booking: If no work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.

  • After Work Has Commenced: You will be billed for all billable hours and resources used up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining balance of your deposit (if applicable) will be returned. If the value of work completed exceeds the deposit, you will be invoiced for the difference.

Cancellation by Faimora Interiors

We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, unresponsiveness, aggressive behavior, or scope creep. In such events, we will provide a refund for any portion of the fees paid for work not yet performed.

6. Payment Disputes

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately. Note that filing a chargeback with your credit card issuer for valid services rendered is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action to recover the funds and associated fees.
